Service status
Setlistener uses Supabase for authentication and data storage, and connects to Spotify for music metadata and playback. An internet connection is required for core functionality including signing in, syncing data, and streaming music.
How do I request a feature / report a bug?
Use the feedback button on the Profile page inside the app. You can also email contact@spencermichalski.com with your idea or issue.
Troubleshooting
Spotify connection issues
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Spotify account from the Account screen.
- Full playback requires a Spotify Premium subscription. Free accounts can browse metadata only.
- Ensure you have an active internet connection when connecting to Spotify.
Data not syncing
- Check that your device has a stable internet connection.
- Fully quit and relaunch the app.
- If the issue persists, try signing out and signing back in.
App feels slow or stuck
- Fully quit and relaunch the app.
- Update to the latest version of Setlistener from the app store.
- Restart your device if the issue persists.
