Planner Support

Get help with the Planner iPhone app. Find troubleshooting steps, answers to common questions, and ways to contact support.

Service status

Planner runs entirely on-device. There are no servers to go down, and your data stays on your iPhone and in your private iCloud (if enabled). Your device must be on a connected to the internet to sync certain features like roles and mission statements.

Troubleshooting

Reminders not showing or syncing

  • Ensure iOS Reminders is enabled: Settings → Your Name → iCloud → Reminders.
  • Open Apple Reminders once to trigger sync, then reopen Planner.
  • Restart your iPhone if changes don’t appear after a few minutes.

Notifications not arriving

  • Settings → Notifications → Planner → Allow Notifications (On).
  • Focus modes: ensure Planner is allowed during Focus or disable Focus.
  • Low Power Mode can delay notifications; try turning it off.

App feels slow or stuck

  • Fully quit and relaunch the app.
  • Update to the latest version of Planner from the App Store.
  • Restart your device if the issue persists.
